A Thousand Years of Good Prayers, starring Yu Feihong and Henry O,

Tells the story of a retired widower from Beijing who visits his divorced daughter in the US and the fall-out that comes from the visit.

The film opens in limited release in the U.S. on September 19th.

Punggok Rindukan Bulan (Like The Owl Misses The Moon), starring Maya Karin, Saeful Nazhif Satria and a cameo by Amir Muhammad, tells the story of a boy and his father who both unknowingly cope with the sudden absence of a key female figure in their life. Film hits theatres September 25th.

Two months ago I posted information on Korean actors Daniel Henney and Kim-Ha-neul upcoming photo movie, Sweet September. In the photo film Henney and Ha-neul act as a real couple for 7 days.

Due to conflicting schedules Kwon Sang-woo and Son Tae-yeong will take their honeymoon before their September 28th wedding. The couple will leave Korea tomorrow (August 31st) and head to London. Happy honeymooning!

Kim Ah-joong will star in the upcoming film 29 Years. The film is based on the famous Internet comic author Kang Full’s 26 Years. Co-stars cast in the film include Ryoo Seung-beom, Byeon Hee-bong, Cheon Ho-jin, Jin Goo and Han Sang-jin.

In 2007 Kim won the ‘Best Actress’ Grand Bell Award for the highly successful flick 200 Pounds Beauty. 29 Years starts filming next month.
