The country may be in a recession but it’s definitely not effecting Tiger Woods. According to Forbes, the $10 million bonus Woods received from the recent FedEx Cup win pushed him over the $1 billion mark in total career earnings. The 34-year-old is now the first billionaire sportsman. Forbes calculated Tiger’s fortune from prize money, appearance fees, sponsorships and from designing golf courses he has accumulated since joining the PGA Tour in 1996.
