Cecilia Cheung, the mother to two-year-old son Lucas and two-month-old son Quintus, is ready to get back to work. The actress is on the cover and inside the pages of Cosmo (China)’s August 2010 issue. The magazine pics below.

Cecilia is set to star opposite Tony Leung as lovers in the adaptation of Qiu Hai Tang (translation: Begonia).
In unfortunate news, the award-winning HK actress is reportedly being sued for S$8.3m by a Chinese company. The company claims its reputation and sales were negatively affected by Cecilia’s involvement in the 2008 Edison sex scandal. Cecilia was the company’s spokesmodel at the time.

Tony Leung took time out to celebrate his 48th birthday on June 27th. Cake looks yummy!
Tony is currently in Guangzhou shooting The Grand Master, a film about martial-arts master Ip Man, the man who trained Bruce Lee.

Director & Cast At ‘The Grand Master’ Opening Ceremony
The cast of Wong Kar-Wai’s The Grand Master recently wrapped-up filming in the Northeast region of China. Now the gang heads south to Guangzhou for more shooting but not before a well deserved weeklong break. Tony Leung is currently shooting a commercial in the Mainland during the break. Chang Chen went back home to Taiwan to unload his winter clothing in exchange for summer gear.
Zhang Ziyi, Song Hye-Kyo and Julian Cheung are all set to join Tony and Chen in Guangzhou for the completion of the flick.
And speaking of Chang Chen, the actor was on the March 2010 cover of Comfort magazine. Check it.

Just waitin’ on my boy to take Hollywood by storm.

CNNGo.com recently ranked the most beautiful men from HK cinema. The late singer/actor Leslie Cheung takes the top spot. Check out who else made the coveted list.
- Leslie Cheung
- Tony Leung Chiu-wai
- Tony Leung Ka-fai
- Daniel Wu
- Chow Yun-fat
- Lui Kei
- Nicholas Tse
- Patrick Tse
- Aaron Kwok
- Kenny Bee
- Danny Chan
- Ti Lung
- Daniel Chan
- Ekin Cheng

My take: Aaron Kwok should have taken the #1 spot. Period. Nick Tse is too low on the list. He should have been pushed further to the top as well. Didn’t know how foine Ekin Cheng was/is until I posted/saw these pics of the actor a while back.

My take: I’m sorry but Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon NOT Slumdog Millionaire should have won the award for Best Foreign Culture Film of the Decade. Period! Hands down, Crouching Tiger was better acted, better directed and better edited compared to Slumdog.
It’s a shame Ponyo On The Cliff By The Sea wasn’t recognized as the Best Animated Feature for 2009. Ponyo is a wonderful film for the entire family. I watched it twice myself.
